When I decided to become a bus driver, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. This was my first year driving for Whitcraft Bus, and after owning my own business for many years, I’d never really worked for anyone else. I can honestly say the experience has been better than I ever imagined.

 

One of the things I’ve appreciated most is working for a family-owned business. You can tell they truly care about their employees and want everyone to succeed. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed, supported, and treated with respect, which made starting something completely new much easier.

 

Another thing that’s really stood out is the people. The other drivers have been a huge plus—they’ve been friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer questions or lend a hand. It’s been great getting to know everyone and feeling like part of the team.

 

I’m thankful for the opportunity to be part of Whitcraft Bus and look forward to many more years with such a great group of people.
