Chip's Testimony
My name is Chip. One of the first things that jumped out at me was the family atmosphere that is apparent around the work place. Ron is "one of us", and he is one of the most down to earth and kindest people you could meet. During our time off for Covid, he continued to pay his employees and made sure no one went through any financial hardship.
Throughout the school year we have numerous holiday parties, cookouts, and workplace gatherings. I also cannot say enough about the folks I work with, from the ladies in the front office, Angie and Lynn, to our General Manager Mark, and the Technicians in the shop, Scott and Ben. All the buses and equipment are maintained to the top degree. All of our bus drivers are very fine people that care about our workplace and the importance of our job as drivers. Whitcraft Services is a top-notch company to work for and I would recommend giving it a try.
